As a key player in our team, the Maintenance Supervisor will uphold the integrity of our hotel’s infrastructure to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and employees. You will report directly to the Chief Engineer or Director of Engineering, playing a vital role in the daily operations of our maintenance department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other essential hotel equipment.
  • Assist in various projects related to the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities.
  • Support a culture of safety and integrity across hotel operations.

Qualifications and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Engineering or maintenance qualifications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

الموقع: الرياض / بوابة المدينة الصناعية.

🎯 المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الإشراف الكامل: ضمان تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة بكفاءة عالية وتوجيه الفريق الفني.
  • الصيانة الوقائية: وضع وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الدورية (PM) لجميع الآلات لتقليل فترات التوقف.
  • الإصلاحات الطارئة: التدخل السريع لتشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال المفاجئة في خطوط الإنتاج.
  • إدارة المخزون: مراقبة مخزون قطع الغيار والأدوات اللازمة وضمان توفرها الدائم.
  • السلامة والجودة: الالتزام بمعايير السلامة المهنية (HSE) والاشتراطات البيئية داخل المصنع.
  • التقارير الفنية: إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المعدات والتكاليف وتقديم مقترحات للتطوير.

✅ المتطلبات والشروط:
  • المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم أو بكالوريوس (هندسة كهروميكانيكية، ميكاترونكس) أو تخصص ذو صلة.
  • الخبرة: لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة المصانع (يفضل في الصناعات الكيميائية أو الطبية).
  • المهارات القيادية: قدرة عالية على إدارة الفريق والعمل تحت الضغط.
  • المعرفة التقنية: إلمام تام بأنظمة الهيدروليك، النيوماتيك، واللوحات الكهربائية (PLC).
  • اللغة: مستوى جيد في الإنجليزية (لقراءة الكتالوجات والكتيبات الفنية).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team.
  • Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance plans.
