About the Role

IA Group is seeking a highly experienced Inspector Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and requires extensive experience in conducting field inspections for projects and real estate units.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and inspections for projects and real estate units in accordance with the specified scope of work.
• Inspect completed works on-site and verify their compliance with plans, specifications, and technical standards.
• Review implementation quality, identify defects and technical observations, and assess their impact.
• Inspect works related to the engineering specialization and document observations and implementation violations.
• Prepare and document technical observations clearly, comprehensively describing the observation, its location, classification, and attaching necessary photos.
• Utilize digital applications and systems to input inspection data and observations directly from the site.
• Prepare accurate and organized technical reports on inspection results.
• Follow up on inspection scope elements to ensure no items or works requiring verification are overlooked.
• Communicate and coordinate professionally with clients, contractors, and project representatives during field visits.
• Adhere to quality and safety procedures, standards, and approved instructions during inspection work.
• Travel between project sites and real estate units according to approved visit and inspection schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in field inspections and engineering oversight.
• Proven ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical standards.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety procedures in construction and real estate projects.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and applications for data entry and reporting.

Required Skills

• Excellent observational and analytical skills to detect defects and technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
• Exceptional report writing and documentation abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Ability to work independently and manage travel schedules efficiently.

Work Environment

This role involves frequent field visits and travel between project sites and real estate units within Riyadh. The Inspector Engineer will operate in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance and quality across various projects.
