About the Opportunity

Albwan is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for the effective management and execution of human resources operations, with a critical focus on navigating and utilizing various government platforms within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical experience in HR processes and a deep understanding of local regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor daily HR operations efficiently.
  • Manage employee lifecycle procedures, from recruitment and onboarding to the termination of contractual relationships.
  • Oversee and track all employee-related procedures through various government platforms.
  • Interact with platforms such as Qawa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem, Absher Business, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • Issue and renew work permits and residencies, ensuring their timely validity.
  • Document and manage employment contracts, and ensure employee data is regularly updated.
  • Monitor service transfers, profession changes, and other labor-related procedures.
  • Track Saudization rates and ensure compliance with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's requirements and programs.
  • Oversee wage protection, employee files, and associated procedures.
  • Address and resolve issues and observations related to government platforms, ensuring their complete closure.
  • Ensure all HR procedures align with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations and systems.
  • Prepare periodic reports on employee status, residencies, contracts, renewals, and compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and working with government platforms.
  • Advanced practical experience with Qawa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Muqeem, and Absher Business platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to accurately and efficiently manage a high volume of employee transactions.
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated accuracy, commitment, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
