AI Solution Delivery Manager

About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking an AI Solution Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of end-to-end AI solutions. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing teams, stakeholders, and technical architecture to drive AI transformation, focusing on designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions to ensure successful adoption and deliver measurable business impact for clients.

AI Transformation and Delivery

The AI Solution Delivery Manager will lead the complete lifecycle of AI/ML solutions for public sector clients, from initial requirements through production and operationalization. This includes developing and implementing AI transformation strategies aligned with national government priorities and strategic objectives. The role requires designing scalable, production-grade AI architectures that leverage the full spectrum of machine learning technologies, including Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, and Simulation. Contributions to model development, pipeline engineering, API design, and platform integration are also expected.

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

This position involves leading and managing multi-disciplinary AI/Data teams, taking accountability for team decisions, delivery quality, and individual growth. The manager will serve as the primary AI technical point of contact for senior government stakeholders, facilitating workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts, is essential to align solutions with client objectives. Engagement across the broader Accenture delivery network is also required to contribute to decisions spanning multiple teams and workstreams.

Solution Architecture and Operating Model

The manager will own and govern the AI & Data solution architecture, defining platform strategy, cloud AI/ML service selection, and MLOps pipeline design. This role also contributes to the AI & Data Operating Model design, ensuring government clients can sustain and extend AI capabilities independently post-engagement. Analyzing complex public sector challenges and designing innovative, scalable AI approaches that drive measurable impact are key responsibilities.

Continuous Improvement and AI Adoption

Driving AI adoption is a core function, achieved by designing change management and enablement approaches that accelerate value realization within client organizations. The manager will integrate emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve AI frameworks and delivery standards. Contributions to Accenture's AI & Data practice through thought leadership, reusable asset development, and internal capability building are also expected.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI solution delivery and management.
