AI Transformation Director

About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking an AI Transformation Director to define and accelerate the organization’s AI transformation agenda. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves leveraging artificial intelligence, generative AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics to enhance business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making. The Director will establish a scalable, responsible, and sustainable AI operating model aligned with corporate strategy and business priorities.

AI Strategy and Transformation Roadmap

The AI Transformation Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. This includes assessing AI maturity, identifying transformation opportunities, and creating a prioritized AI roadmap. The role involves advising executive leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and emerging technologies.

• Define and maintain the organization's AI transformation strategy.
• Assess organizational AI maturity and identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop a prioritized AI roadmap for short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.

Business Transformation and Value Realization

This role requires partnering with business leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases across various functions. The Director will translate business challenges into AI-enabled transformation initiatives, challenge existing processes for redesign, and establish measurable outcomes for AI initiatives, ensuring sustainable business value.

The Director will establish and manage a portfolio of AI transformation initiatives, overseeing prioritization, dependencies, milestones, budgets, and delivery risks. This includes leading initiatives from business case development through deployment and adoption, coordinating various stakeholders, and ensuring successful pilot initiatives scale to production.
