After Market Country Division Manager

About the Role

Carrier (KSA) is seeking an After Market Country Division Manager to lead and expand its Aftermarket business in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves full responsibility for the division's Profit and Loss (P&L) performance. The role focuses on overseeing the entire aftermarket portfolio, including Service Modernization, Service Repair, Service Agreements, Parts, and Digital Service offerings, while leading sales and operations teams to achieve sustainable business growth.

Role Context and Objectives

The After Market Country Division Manager will develop and implement the country's aftermarket strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. Key responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships, driving operational excellence through dealer collaboration, optimizing parts management, and leading digital transformation initiatives. This leadership position aims to enhance Carrier's market position and build high-performing teams within the aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Aftermarket Division's P&L, covering revenue, profitability, costs, margins, and cash flow, and execute strategies for sustainable growth.
• Lead the Service Modernization, Service Repair, Service Agreements, and Parts businesses, defining portfolio strategies, pricing, and customer value propositions.
• Direct service sales and operational teams to meet business targets, develop go-to-market strategies, and strengthen customer relationships and service contract penetration.
• Develop and implement the Parts go-to-market strategy in collaboration with dealers, focusing on inventory planning, availability, turns, and dealer performance.
• Lead digital service transformation, develop new digital offerings, and accelerate the adoption of predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, and digital solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and drive market share growth across the aftermarket portfolio.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing Sales, Operations, Service, and Parts teams, strengthening organizational capabilities and fostering a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in Service, Aftermarket, or Industrial Operations, with over 10 years of overall experience.
• P&L Management: Proven experience in full P&L management and leadership of service sales and operations.
• Commercial & Operational Expertise: Strong commercial and operational experience, including service portfolio management, profitability, and parts business management.
• Strategy Development: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing business strategies and driving profitable growth.
• Dealer & Customer Management: Experience managing dealer networks and developing strong customer relationships.
• Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading digital service transformation and implementing digital service solutions.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, remote monitoring, and connected service technologies.
• Experience developing parts go-to-market strategies, inventory optimization models, and dealer performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within a multinational organization and aligning local business strategies with regional and global objectives.
