About Nexttec Technology Outsourcing

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is an IT outsourcing company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking an Associate Expert Scrum Master to join its team in Riyadh, working full-time. This role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Associate Expert Scrum Master will contribute to the success of software development projects by working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of products. The primary responsibility involves facilitating the agile development process and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Guide and coach the development team on using Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress.
Ensure the team follows Scrum processes and continuously improves practices.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with software development projects and Agile methodologies.
Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
