About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking an Associate Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh. This role is part of the Legal and Commercial Services, specifically within Contract Management. The Associate Manager will contribute to transforming organizations by applying commercial and contractual expertise throughout the contract lifecycle.

Contract Management professionals at Accenture integrate innovative ideas into commercial realities. The focus is on maximizing value for all parties by understanding legal, business, and commercial risks. This team collaborates with Accenture's sales and delivery teams to provide advice and support for contract negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. The function is client-facing and plays a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support contract management teams across projects and accounts.
Collaborate with account leadership, client commercial, and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs, priorities, account strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
Work with contract management staff across multiple projects and accounts, providing input into performance management activities.
Support the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues, working with Contract Management and project leadership to ensure optimal outcomes.
Engage in pre-award sales activities and discussions with delivery teams regarding potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting support.
Apply commercial and contractual expertise to lead the delivery of legal and commercial outcomes for priority engagements and portfolios, focusing on sales growth, revenue protection, margin improvement, and compliance with contract obligations and Accenture policy.
