Role Summary

Accor is seeking a Barista to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering service and crafting specialty beverages. The Barista will contribute to guest experiences through coffee excellence and adherence to quality, professionalism, and inclusive hospitality standards. The position reports to the Outlet Supervisor or Outlet Manager and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, inform them about specials, answer questions, and process orders and payments.
• Promote coffee consumption by educating customers and selling coffee, grinding/brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, caffe latte, and cappuccino, along with pastries, following prescribed recipes.
• Explain differences in coffee beans and preparation machines, demonstrating brewing equipment operation.
• Generate revenue by attracting new customers and defining new services and products.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking brewing equipment, and ensuring supplies of pastries and cookies for the coffee bar.
• Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and arranging repairs.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational standards and sanitation regulations.
• Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, implementing changes, and maintaining the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to enhance food quality.
• Maintain a clean dining area, including sanitizing tables and chairs and sweeping crumbs.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
