About the Opportunity

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for driving growth and expanding market presence within the Saudi staffing, recruitment, and manpower supply sectors.

Role Purpose and Market Focus

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a strategic approach to client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on generating revenue and achieving business growth targets within the specialized Saudi labor market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Saudi staffing market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Generate revenue through client acquisition and business expansion initiatives.
• Promote staffing, recruitment, and manpower supply solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• A minimum of 5 years of business development experience specifically within the Staffing, Recruitment, or Manpower Supply industry.
• Proven experience working within the Saudi Arabian staffing industry is mandatory; candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi labor market and workforce requirements.
• An existing network of clients and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
