Business Development Specialist

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing sales programs and ensuring comprehensive coverage of sales opportunities within the region. The specialist will be instrumental in expanding the company's client base and strengthening its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with project clients, including maintaining existing clients and acquiring new ones for the company.
• Build a strong network of relationships within the construction field, engaging with key stakeholders such as owners, government agencies, investors, consultants, developers, contractors, real estate owners, and brokers.
• Identify decision-makers within targeted institutions, establish and activate strong relationships with them, and participate in relevant networking activities (*, business lunches/dinners, conferences, seminars, exhibitions).
• Negotiate and close major contracts and agreements with clients to increase business volume.
• Promote and maintain the company's brand and reputation in the target market.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit periodic reports to the direct manager.
• Execute all function-related activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Sciences, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement in client relationship management and business development activities within the region.
