About the Role

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Business Process & AI Transformation Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves guiding organizations in reimagining business processes through the strategic adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and other emerging technologies. The consultant will assess industry trends and identify opportunities for transformation.

Role Contribution

The consultant will design future-state operating models that integrate AI at scale. Working closely with business and technology leaders, this position defines practical and scalable transformation strategies. The objective is to drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and deliver significant business value through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technology developments to identify opportunities for AI-driven business transformation.
• Analyze current business processes and operating models to identify areas for optimization through AI and intelligent automation.
• Design future-state business processes leveraging AI, automation, and digital technologies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.
• Define AI integration points across business processes, systems, workflows, data sources, and decision-making activities.
• Develop detailed process transformation designs, including system interactions, data flows, automation requirements, and human-machine collaboration models.
• Recommend operating model changes that support sustainable AI adoption, including governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and performance measures.
• Facilitate alignment between business and technology stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise on industry- and function-specific requirements, regulations, governance frameworks, and business practices.
• Support the development of transformation roadmaps, implementation strategies, and change management approaches.
• Communicate complex process, technology, and AI design decisions to senior leadership in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Promote best practices for AI adoption, process excellence, and continuous improvement across transformation programs.

Basic Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Business Transformation, Process Consulting, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, or related fields.
• Experience analyzing and redesigning business processes to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, process optimization, and digital transformation principles.
• Experience developing target operating models, process frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of business process design methodologies and process improvement techniques.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, automation, or enterprise transformation initiatives across one or more business functions or industries.
• Familiarity with process mining, workflow automation, business architecture, and operating model design.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience documenting future-state processes, data flows, and system integration requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
• Experience working with transformation tools, process modeling frameworks, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, or Digital Transformation.
