Collections Manager

About the Role

AlJammaz Technologies is seeking an experienced Collections Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for a results-driven finance professional with a strong background in collections, accounts receivable, and customer management, particularly within the IT distribution industry. The Collections Manager will lead daily collection activities and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the collections team and daily collection activities.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging and drive the reduction of overdue receivables.
• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Business Units to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Prepare collection reports, aging analysis, and customer status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in collections, preferably within IT distribution or a related industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of collections, accounts receivable, AR aging, customer credit behavior, and dispute resolution.
