Community Associate Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Community Associate Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing brand presence and loyalty through strategic community engagement and activations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key local stakeholders to expand lululemon's community reach.

Role Purpose and Context

The Community Associate Manager is tasked with generating brand awareness and fostering brand loyalty through various community initiatives. This involves cultivating strong relationships with local studios and brand ambassadors to attract new guests and diversify the lululemon community, ensuring local relevance and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, ambassadors, and local athletes to strengthen brand presence.
• Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and photoshoots that drive engagement and differentiate the brand.
• Coordinate with store teams and ambassadors for product seeding, ensuring proper brand representation and high-quality image material for digital use.
• Act as a brand guardian by managing community requests and maintaining an updated calendar of all community activities by tier.
• Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of community and marketing initiatives while supporting the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
• Engage and collaborate with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to strengthen brand presence and community connection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Experience in planning and executing community events and marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
