Cost Manager

About the Role

Serin is seeking a Cost Manager to join our team in Riyadh or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing various cost management functions for ongoing projects within the region. The role requires a professional with significant experience in cost control and strategic financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thinking and oversight in cost management.
• Manage stakeholder reporting processes effectively.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain a granular understanding of project costs, supply chain dynamics, and procurement/tendering processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of post-graduate experience in cost management.
• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Demonstrated well-rounded experience in the field.
• Experience in the Hospitality or Residential sectors is preferred.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Detailed knowledge of cost structures, supply chain management, and procurement practices.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia, with opportunities in both Riyadh and Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will currently reside in Saudi Arabia with a transferable visa.
