About the Role

Cisco is seeking a Customer Delivery Advisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves acting as a senior management consultant and technology strategist, supporting clients in achieving greater business value from technology solutions.

Role Context

Cisco Advisory provides tailored advisory services, combining the trusted Cisco brand with highly skilled and experienced individuals. The service offers custom-built advisory tailored to specific client needs, ranging from digitization strategy development to operating model design. The team assists clients in aligning business and technology agendas, identifying innovation opportunities, optimizing technology budgets, and increasing the efficiency of technology organizations through functional redesign and operational process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customers, identifying market trends and opportunities for technology to create business value.
• Develop or validate technology strategies, supporting business cases, and define required transformation programs.
• Build or enhance operating models to ensure effective technology governance and alignment between business and technology.
• Lead initiatives to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of technology organizations, covering processes, tools, and personnel, including the introduction of orchestration and automation.
• Develop technology reference architectures, service portfolios, and contribute to associated product development.
• Compose and perform technology benchmarking, and develop cost optimization strategies and action plans, including service and application rationalization.
• Develop and advocate innovative perspectives on how digital technologies will transform business operations.
• Act entrepreneurially, including challenging traditional viewpoints at the client C-level.
• Actively identify and develop new business opportunities for Cisco through advisory services.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in a similar advisory or consulting capacity.
