About the Opportunity

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a 4D Senior Planner to join a leading international contractor. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will contribute to a major, high-profile stadium construction project. The role focuses on integrating advanced planning techniques to optimize project execution and decision-making.

Role Overview

The 4D Senior Planner will be responsible for integrating time and space into comprehensive project planning. This involves optimizing execution strategies, enhancing coordination across various project teams, and supporting informed decision-making throughout all phases of the construction project. A key aspect of this role includes leading a team of 4D planners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 4D construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Synchro.
• Integrate Building Information Models (BIM) with project schedules to create dynamic 4D simulations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment of schedule and model data.
• Manage a team of two 4D planners, coordinating work between the Planning team and the Design and BIM teams.
• Maintain and update 4D models throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• An Engineering degree is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning, with at least 4 years specifically in 4D planning.
• Proven experience working on mega construction projects, preferably within the Middle East region.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Synchro 4D software.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and various construction methodologies.
