About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is conducting a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group. The client is seeking a Director Organisation and Reward to oversee job sizing, grading, pricing, and measurement across the group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Role Context and Impact

This role is central to establishing the standards by which the organization's compensation and performance are determined. The Director will hold significant influence and is expected to engage in discussions to defend established standards and practices. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and managing job architecture, job evaluation, and the grade structure.
• Designing compensation and benefits frameworks, including pay ranges and the annual review process.
• Overseeing performance management cycles, calibration, and rating standards.
• Contributing to organization design, structure, spans of control, and layers.
• Preparing and presenting reward submissions to the board remuneration committee.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated depth in job evaluation using a recognized methodology, with practical application.
• Ability to effectively defend grade structures to senior leadership, including Chief Officers.
• Experience in writing and securing approval for reward papers from a board committee.
• A comprehensive understanding of pay protection and red circling principles.
