About the Role of Data Analysis

*** is seeking a Data Analysis professional to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves contributing to the future of global supply chain and logistics by working with smart warehousing, autonomous delivery, and innovative technology. The position is within the JINGDONG Logistics team, which emphasizes collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Role Context

The Data Analysis professional will play a key role in shaping business strategies through data-driven insights. This involves developing analytical frameworks, monitoring business performance, and supporting strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality within JD Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical approaches aligned with business objectives, covering areas such as service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency.
Establish business monitoring and early-warning mechanisms, track key KPIs, identify anomalies and potential risks, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Unlock value from data, identify growth opportunities and business issues based on business and industry trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.
Provide data and analytical support for key business projects, track project outcomes, resolve business issues, and support the achievement of business objectives.
Translate business needs into data product requirements, drive the development of dashboards and business intelligence tools, and improve data accessibility and decision-making efficiency.
