T&S (Tools & Solutions) is a rapidly growing B2B service provider operating across the GCC, delivering end-to-end corporate business and digital solutions. Our comprehensive service portfolio includes corporate solutions such as business incorporation, regional headquarters relocation to Saudi Arabia, real estate management, business process outsourcing, taxation, VAT, and financial services. We also provide HR solutions, including HR assessment, consultancy, the "Training & Learning Academy," human capital capacity building, and expert staffing. Additionally, T&S offers digital solutions covering SAP implementation, Big Data governance, Industrial IoT (IIOT), Digital Twins, generative AI, and software development. Our client base includes numerous Saudi government entities, alongside prominent Saudi and international corporations. We are currently seeking a Design & Operations Lead for a full-time outsourcing opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Design & Operations Lead

The Design & Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects, particularly within visitor-centric environments. This position involves developing and implementing robust operational strategies and frameworks to optimize service delivery and enhance customer experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments.
• Develop operational strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Lead operational readiness planning for new facilities, venues, or visitor attractions.
• Define operating procedures, governance models, and service delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, facilities, security, and customer service to ensure integrated operations.
• Optimize visitor journeys by improving processes, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Develop workforce strategies, staffing models, shift planning, and resource allocation plans.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Support the implementation of digital technologies and smart solutions that enhance visitor experiences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in design and operations, particularly within environments focused on visitor experiences or service delivery.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time outsourcing opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting T&S's client engagements in the region.
