Tharwah Technologies is seeking a Digital Product Growth Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving the commercial expansion of the company's digital platform portfolio. The role requires a professional capable of transforming technically developed products into commercially viable and proven platforms.

Role Mandate

The Digital Product Growth Lead will own the complete go-to-market journey for digital products. This includes defining positioning, setting pricing strategies, and generating demand, through to customer activation, retention, and ultimately, revenue growth. The individual will serve as a key liaison across product, marketing, sales, and customer success departments, while also establishing and managing a lean, AI-enabled growth function within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch strategies.
• Build and manage demand-generation channels across the Saudi and GCC markets.
• Own qualified pipeline creation and revenue-growth performance.
• Establish the website, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics infrastructure.
• Develop sales enablement materials for founder-led and relationship-based selling.
• Lead customer onboarding, activation, retention, and feedback loops.
• Manage and scale a lean growth pod based on commercial milestones.
• Sequence the launch of Tharwah’s digital platforms based on market readiness and opportunity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. Specific requirements include:

• Proven experience in launching products and achieving revenue or pipeline targets.
• Strong knowledge of AI-enabled Go-To-Market (GTM) tools and modern growth technology.
• Good understanding of Saudi and GCC enterprise buyers, particularly within HR or government-adjacent sectors.
• The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within a lean, fast-moving environment.
