About the Role

Kafu is seeking an E-commerce Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of its online store on the Salla platform. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary focus of this role is to optimize store performance and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Role Purpose

The E-commerce Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Salla store. This involves strategic management of product presentation, promotional activities, and continuous performance monitoring to drive conversion and customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to maintain a clear and attractive online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Salla store and ensure smooth store performance.
• Upload, update, and organize products, collections, and store categories.
• Optimize product pages, descriptions, images, and store merchandising for better conversion.
• Coordinate promotions, discount campaigns, banners, and seasonal offers within the store.
• Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to improve store presentation and the customer journey.
• Ensure the store experience is clear, attractive, and conversion-focused.
• Support in implementing applications, store settings, and operational improvements when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory: Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience: 2-5 years in e-commerce management or a related field.
• Preferred: Direct experience working with Salla merchants or on a similar e-commerce platform.
• Preferred: A background in digital marketing or customer service roles.
• Preferred: Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Preferred: Experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer brands sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. A willingness to relocate to Riyadh is considered a preference for applicants not currently residing in the city.
