About the Opportunity

Nesma Infrastructure & Technology is seeking an Electrical Site Manager V Substations to join our team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential project work in Bishah, and requires a professional with significant experience in managing electrical site activities for substation projects.

Role Summary

The Electrical Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical site operations, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. This role involves direct management of resources, quality control, and comprehensive reporting to ensure successful project execution and compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all electrical site activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate electrical work effectively with civil drawings and the overall project time schedule.
• Control and monitor direct manpower, equipment, and all allocated resources on site.
• Manage and monitor all Requests for Information (RFI) and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).
• Oversee electrical site activities to ensure they align with the established time schedule.
• Plan and procure required electrical site materials.
• Provide essential support for project reporting to the customer.
• Control claims related to vendor supervisors at the site.
• Handle invoicing processes accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports for the site manager.
• Monitor and control all electrical installation activities.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors present at the site.
• Clear electrical punch lists efficiently.
• Conduct comprehensive testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Assist the site manager with safety, housekeeping, and quality assurance issues.
• Manage electrical site activities, including methods and tools utilized.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical site management, specifically within substation projects. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex electrical installations and site operations.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with project responsibilities that may extend to Bishah. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage project activities.
