About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's engineering department, contributing to a positive experience for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for daily office operations within the Engineering department, adhering to company standards and procedures.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional communication with guests, owners, and the corporate office.
Report maintenance issues, potential hazards, or defective equipment, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Offer administrative assistance for departmental initiatives and engineering-related projects.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment for both personal and shared office areas.
