Facility Project Manager

About the Role

First Gulf Company is seeking an experienced Facility Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing comprehensive facility management services, primarily for a hospital environment.

Role Overview

The Facility Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of both hard and soft facility management services. This includes ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with contractual obligations, and achieving key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of hard and soft FM services for the hospital.
• Ensure contract compliance and achieve KPI/SLA performance targets.
• Plan and budget for all operations and maintenance (O&M) activities.
• Manage manpower and subcontractors effectively.
• Manage and utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate with hospital administration, infection control committees, and safety committees.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in facility project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing hard and soft FM services, preferably within a hospital or similar healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Experience with CMMS platforms is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close coordination with various internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic hospital setting.
