About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott Executive Apartments in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its full-time team. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative, delivering a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay and ensure comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Protect company assets diligently.
• Uphold established quality standards in all tasks.
• Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
