About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Ad Dir'iyah, Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable stays.

Role Purpose

This role focuses on building memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond routine check-in and check-out processes. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative, provide a comprehensive range of services, and guide guests throughout their entire stay, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
