About the Role

Big Fish Consult is seeking a Head of Data Center Operations for one of its clients, a leading multinational company and IFM solutions provider based in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves serving as the primary point of contact for data center clients, ensuring overall account performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all data center clients.
• Ensure overall account performance and client satisfaction.
• Manage contractual compliance through effective SLA and KPI management.
• Oversee the delivery of services through a highly skilled maintenance team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
