The Role of Investment Senior Analyst

We are seeking an Investment Senior Analyst to join our Investments team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the Investment Director in the comprehensive management of the Group’s private equity portfolio. The role places a key focus on portfolio monitoring, investment analysis, and ensuring robust corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Monitor assigned private equity investments, review financial performance and board packs, and prepare periodic portfolio reviews and management updates.
• Investment Analysis: Assess new investment opportunities, review investment materials and financial models, and support the preparation of Investment Committee recommendations.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with portfolio companies, fund managers, banks, administrators, and external advisors to ensure timely execution of investment-related activities.
• Reporting & Monitoring: Track key portfolio events, including distributions, capital calls, and liquidity events, and provide timely reporting on progress, risks, and potential issues.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain complete and accurate investment records, corporate documentation, decision logs, and KYC files in line with confidentiality and governance requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-7 years of experience in a relevant investment analysis or portfolio management role.
