Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Lead - Operational Risk Management to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is crucial for establishing and maintaining robust risk management practices within the company's projects.

Role Summary

The Lead - Operational Risk Management will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive risk management frameworks and strategies. This position involves close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to integrate risk management into all phases of project planning and execution, ensuring effective identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and establish a robust risk management framework tailored to the needs of Qiddiya’s projects.
• Implement risk management strategies and tools to effectively identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers for the projects and ensure ongoing monitoring and review of risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on risk management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present risk management reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk workshops and discussions to promote awareness and understanding of risks throughout the organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in operational risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing risk frameworks within complex project environments.
