About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Lifeguard to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring the safety of guests at the pool while contributing to a positive guest experience. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment and providing assistance to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices among guests.
Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies in accordance with the established emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid as necessary.
Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.
