About the Role

Zhejiang Dingli Machinery (KSA) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is open to Saudi nationals and focuses on coordinating logistics operations, managing documentation, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth and compliant shipping processes.

Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments. This involves tracking cargo movement, preparing essential shipping documents, and supporting customs clearance procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of international shipping and Saudi customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track cargo movement, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams via phone and email to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
Support customs clearance processes and ensure all documentation complies with Saudi customs regulations.
Maintain accurate records within the logistics and warehouse management systems.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally, adhering to proper email and phone etiquette.
Resolve logistics issues and delays promptly.
Support the warehouse team with documentation and coordination as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

Saudi national.
0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Familiarity with international shipping and customs clearance processes.
Comfortable with professional phone and email communication.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Logistics Coordinator will work within a collaborative team environment, engaging with various internal departments and external partners to achieve operational efficiency.
