About the Role

Publicis Groupe Middle East is seeking a Manager Content Delivery to join the Leo Burnett team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves creating, managing, and executing social media content strategies for clients within a digital, social media, and creative scope. The position requires daily coordination with clients and a strong understanding of current social media platforms, the latest trends, and the continuously evolving AI landscape as it applies to marketing, communication, and the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients.
• Collaborate with creative teams and other departments to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging content formats.
• Monitor industry social media activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Proactively suggest ways AI can be integrated into social and content strategy, from ideation to production and performance optimization.
• Drive innovation in content development and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce engaging, platform-specific, and on-brand content (*, posts, stories, reels), with a focus on emerging platforms.
• Plan and execute campaign-specific social content for product/service launches and events.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Suggest and align with influencers or content creators for collaborations when relevant.
• Master and utilize social media tools, such as Sprinkler.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within an agency setting.

Experience and Location

This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
