About the Role

Keeta is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to formulating and executing overall strategies for on-site marketing activities. The leader will be responsible for building and managing local marketing activity teams, collaborating with various departments, and driving the growth and efficiency of marketing campaigns based on business needs, operational direction, and local market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive strategies for on-site marketing activities, considering business needs, operational direction, and local market conditions.
• Build, select, train, motivate, and manage local marketing activity teams, aligning with the talent profiles required for specific marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate efficiently with marketing, business-facing (B-side), delivery, product, and other departments to enhance the impact of marketing activities and improve operational efficiency.
• Organize the team to explore innovative activity methods suitable for the local market and promote the functional updates and iterations of related marketing product tools.
• Lead the team in tracking, analyzing, and iterating on the effects of marketing activities, and establish a robust value evaluation system for these efforts.

Required Qualifications

• A background in internet-related industries is essential.
• At least 6 years of experience in event operations, user operations, or marketing.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.

Essential Skills

• Familiarity with various internet marketing activity strategies and methodologies.
• Possess strong logical thinking and framework thinking abilities, capable of presenting work output in an organized manner.
• Demonstrated teamwork awareness, project management, and risk control capabilities.
• Skilled in collaborative promotion and effective cross-departmental communication and cooperation.
