About the Opportunity

Radial (راديال) is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Mechanical Engineer to join its construction team in Riyadh (الرياض). This role is integral to a significant villa project, requiring a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and coordination of all mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Scope and System Oversight

The Mechanical Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the proper installation and execution of various essential mechanical systems for the villa project. This includes overseeing HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, and fire-fighting systems, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work completion adheres to approved plans and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of all mechanical works.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with local regulations, construction codes, and safety standards.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Candidate Qualifications
