The Role of New Business Developer

The New Business Developer is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial opportunities for Kalamashii. Key activities include researching potential partners, clients, brands, and consumer products to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, hold client meetings, prepare proposals and pitches, and negotiate terms to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue-generating projects.
• Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to design compelling partnership offerings.
• Track the performance of launched deals.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Engage consistently on-site with internal teams and external partners in Riyadh to drive growth and expand Kalamashii’s network in the Saudi market.
