The Operations Supervisor Role

Noon is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing and optimizing operational processes within grocery fulfillment, ensuring high standards and productivity. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and developing a responsible team to ensure maximum productivity while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Managing performance by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational productivity and effectiveness, including root cause analysis (RCA) for any issues.
• Taking ownership of the entire order fulfillment cycle and managing timely transfers and inbounding of regular stock.
• Coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally with various teams within Noon, including commercial, logistics, seller operations, vendors, and in-stock teams.
• Leading, motivating, and developing an operative team within grocery fulfillment operations, ensuring the highest standards are achieved across all areas for all staff. This includes performance, disciplinary, and absence management.
• Ensuring timely correspondence, reports, and statistics related to warehouse operations are shared across all levels.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in daily operational activities to meet business objectives.
