PS Core SME

About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a PS Core SME to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to a new "Request for Change" function within Managed Services, focusing on technical governance, solution design, and change architecture across Core Network domains. The role requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze service requirements, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and Service Design Packages.
• Assess cross-domain impact across CS Core, IMS, and PS Core.
• Define the end-to-end implementation architecture and deployment strategy.
• Lead technical risk, impact, rollback, and dependency assessments.
• Define testing, validation, KPI monitoring, and acceptance criteria.
• Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs), scripts, implementation plans, and change packages.
• Act as a technical authority during Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and major implementations.
• Support root cause analysis and post-implementation reviews.
• Drive architectural standards, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in PS Core networks.
