About the Role

Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the company’s monthly payroll, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal company policies. The specialist will manage payroll operations primarily through the SAP system, coordinating closely with HR and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule.
Review and verify all payroll inputs, including basic salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, attendance, and other adjustments.
Manage and process monthly payroll using the SAP system.
Maintain and update employee payroll data within SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
Review payroll calculations to ensure the accuracy of all payroll records.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
Process employee additions, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations within the payroll system.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on all payroll-related matters.
Address employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, allowances, and other payroll concerns.
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and errors promptly.
Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor regulations and all payroll-related requirements.
Manage and verify payroll-related deductions and social insurance requirements, including GOSI.
Maintain the confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary payroll reports and documentation.
Stay informed about changes to payroll regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in payroll processing, with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in processing payroll through the SAP system.
Strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and payroll compliance requirements, including GOSI.
Ability to maintain accurate payroll records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Required Skills

Proficiency in SAP Payroll / SAP HCM.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with various departments and addressing employee inquiries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular collaboration with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
