About the Role

CTS Group is seeking a Planner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing project schedules, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying potential risks early in the process. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and baselines.
Build work breakdown structures and logic-linked programs.
Track progress, update actuals, and analyze variance against baseline.
Perform critical path and delay analysis, and flag schedule risks.
Produce progress reports, look-aheads, and schedule dashboards.
Coordinate schedule inputs with project, engineering, and procurement teams.
Support resource and milestone planning and integration.
Maintain schedule records and support claims and change management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven planning and scheduling experience on large-scale projects.
Fluency in planning tools.

Required Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear communication of schedule status and risks.
Proactive and deadline-driven approach to work.
