The Production Operator Role

Avalon Pharma is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join its manufacturing team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes within the facility. The role involves hands-on involvement in daily production activities, contributing directly to the output and quality standards of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Performing routine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.
• Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, quality control standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the production area.
• Assisting with material handling, packaging, and other general production tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Proficiency in the English language for communication and understanding operational guidelines.
• A driving license is not required for this position.
