Role Overview

KONE is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects, ensuring objectives are met within agreed timelines and financial parameters. The Project Manager will oversee coordination with all key internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on continuous customer collaboration. The role requires over 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring delivery within contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
• Ensuring KONE's business success and customer satisfaction.
• Managing professional stakeholder relationships and proactively communicating with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams.
• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and ensuring continuous full chain project monitoring and control.
• Responsible for successful project start-up, reviews, reporting, and facilitating project governance.
• Communicating project status and progress effectively to KONE management and customers.
• Responsible for identifying, mitigating, and planning contingencies for operational and financial project risks, including potential recovery actions.
• Accountable for project financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management, including capitalizing on change order opportunities.
• Actively driving Sales-to-Operations handover quality, and accountable for handovers to Customer and Maintenance, as well as project closing activities.
• Maintaining a master action log and lessons learned document.
• Planning and ensuring sufficient project resourcing and competences.
• Managing and leading the full chain project team.
• Creating and maintaining safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to KONE's and the customer’s safety and security policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Proficiency in using approved KONE methodologies and tools for project planning and execution.
