In partnership with Ma’aden, Hatch is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Project Risk Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading risk management activities from project planning through execution, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with project scope, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and maintains the project risk management framework.
Plans and facilitates assessments, risk analysis, and risk reviews of project risks.
Maintains constant collaboration and communication with the project leadership team and other stakeholders.
Incorporates identified risks into the Project Risk Register, ensuring risk data integrity and quality.
Develops project risk reports and dashboards.
Coordinates with risk owners and the Project Controls Team to ensure risk control measures are included in the project budget and schedule and are implemented in a timely manner.
Provides Risk Management training to team members, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Provides guidance and support to the project leadership team to develop and maintain a risk-aware culture.
Drives risk management continuous improvement and implements lessons learned.
Plans and facilitates integrated Schedule and Cost Quantitative Risk Analysis (contingency analysis).
Plans and facilitates hazard studies, including HAZOP, Construction, and Commissioning safety studies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following abilities:

Ability to advise project stakeholders on the management of their particular risks.
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, be resourceful, and use time as a resource.
Capability to complete unplanned risk management activities within short timeframes to meet project deadlines.

Work Environment and Schedule

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at the Servcorp, Business Gate office. The standard working hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
