Reservations Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the daily reservations operations for its hotel in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing all aspects of the reservations process to ensure memorable guest experiences and optimize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily reservations operations, including room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
• Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to maximize room sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to ensure effective management of group bookings, corporate rates, and special events for revenue maximization.
• Negotiate rates, manage relationships, and ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures with third-party booking sites and agents to maximize conversion.
• Prepare and review key performance reports, including occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
