About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing the daily operations of one of the hotel's dining outlets. The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences and upholding high standards of hospitality for every guest.

Role Purpose

The Restaurant Manager is instrumental in ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction within the dining establishment. This includes managing various aspects from service delivery to financial performance, while fostering a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, and profitability.
• Enforce established policies and procedures to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, and address any issues promptly.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of the dining experience.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.

Team Leadership and Development

• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to foster professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize team achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.

Operational Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Maintain the highest standards for both guest and team member wellbeing within the dining outlet.
