About the Role

Nammos Resort Amaala is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operational and financial performance of its assigned restaurant/s. This full-time position is based in Al Wajh, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and requires a leader capable of directing all aspects of the operation to achieve established revenue and profit goals.

Role Purpose

As the business leader for the outlet/s, the Restaurant Manager is tasked with leading the entire restaurant team. The primary objective is to deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience, uphold all brand standards, and enhance the restaurant's reputation for service excellence within a luxury resort environment.

Financial and Operational Management

  • Develop and manage the restaurant's annual budget, provide accurate financial forecasting, and assume full responsibility for the outlet's P&L performance.
  • Implement and oversee effective cost-control measures for labour, beverages, and supplies while maintaining the highest quality and service standards.
  • Analyse sales reports, performance metrics, and market trends to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu engineering and pricing to optimize sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the restaurant operates in full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure the accuracy of guest checks and the proper operation of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and SevenRooms software.

Service Excellence and Team Leadership

  • Direct and oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service execution and adherence to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
  • Implement and continuously improve service policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
  • Act as the lead host of the restaurant, maintaining a visible presence during key service periods and building strong relationships with VIP and returning guests.
  • Manage all front-of-house human resources functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Assistant Restaurant Manager and service team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans to support succession planning and career growth.
  • Approve weekly staff schedules to ensure optimal operational coverage while effectively managing labour costs.
  • Partner with the resort's marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and special events that enhance restaurant visibility and drive business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex guest concerns, resolving issues professionally and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Restaurant Manager position should possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment. A proven track record of achieving financial targets and leading high-performing teams is essential for this role.
