Role Overview

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering high standards of customer service and achieving sales targets within the retail environment. The Sales Associate will contribute to an exceptional customer experience by understanding needs and ensuring prompt resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, focusing on customer needs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and aim to exceed set sales targets.
• Utilize product knowledge to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support in-store tasks including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment to maintain store standards.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations to minimize stock loss.
• Apply advanced selling skills to support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and build repeat business.
• Recommend and assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim Fashion Brands and Stores if items are not available in-store.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate.
• 1-2 years of industry experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
