Sales Manager, INMOTION

DMS (Digital Media Services | CG Brand) is seeking a Sales Manager, INMOTION to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for developing and expanding a portfolio of direct clients, including SMEs, boutique agencies, and larger enterprises across the Kingdom.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Sales Manager will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, utilizing a consultative and strategic approach. The focus is on establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and marketing professionals across a diverse client base within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with direct clients, SMEs, and boutique advertising agencies across the Saudi market.
• Build customized media solutions aligned with client and agency goals, collaborating with internal teams including CRM, Creative, and Publisher.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with client stakeholders and agency partners.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and support broader revenue goals.
• Oversee campaign delivery, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and provide regular pipeline and performance updates.
• Create localized success stories and case studies to showcase client and agency results.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• An established network of direct clients and boutique agencies within the KSA market is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
