About the Role

Devsinc is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving business development and sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), specifically for IT and bespoke engineering services. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying new leads to closing deals and fostering long-term client relationships.

Role Overview

The individual in this position will be a self-driven and customer-focused professional with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets within the IT and software engineering sectors. This role requires a strategic approach to market penetration and client engagement, ensuring Devsinc's offerings meet the evolving needs of the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the KSA market.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals, with a focus on industries requiring IT and bespoke engineering solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client needs are understood and met through tailored service offerings.
• Expand the company's presence in target regions by identifying emerging market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Work closely with internal teams (delivery, engineering, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, sales cycle progress, and client retention rates.
• Lead negotiations with prospective clients, securing deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
• Travel within KSA for client meetings and industry events as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within IT or bespoke engineering services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the KSA region.
• Experience selling business solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce is considered a plus.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of the KSA market, including key industry players and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions within KSA.
