Senior FM Consultant

About the Role

Fatima Consultancy is seeking a Senior FM Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating the planning and delivery of the Annual Maintenance Plan with the Facilities Management Service Provider (FMS) and its Sub-contractors. The consultant will ensure compliance with industry and OEM standards across a portfolio of assigned locations, working under the guidance of a Project Director or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all maintenance activities for hard services utilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all Facilities Management (FM) activities adhere to applied HSE standards.
• Review and develop technical proposals and FM solutions to achieve high service standards.
• Maintain high standards for all facilities and utilities.
• Develop continuous improvement plans and best practice strategies to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, contingency plans, emergency response procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and all technical documentation.
• Monitor all on-ground activities managed by the FM contractor.
• Assume responsibility for all handed-over assets.
• Oversee and guide the activities of FM contractors and subcontractors to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of work related to all facility soft services.
• Implement continuous improvement across all service lines to drive value and control costs.
• Manage KPIs and metrics for performance and governance processes in daily management operations.
• Ensure soft services are provided by managing contractors and suppliers according to the scope of work.
• Perform supervisory duties including contract performance management, people management, decision-making, root cause analysis, inspection and audit, readiness, communication, planning/scheduling, assignment, and driving overall productivity improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures, codes, and regulations, and that BICSc standards are delivered by the service contractor across the portfolio, sharing best practices.
• Ensure areas and processes are in optimum condition for audit readiness and compliance.
• Execute daily building inspections and monthly job walks to ensure the contracted scope is met.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and monitor maintenance activities.
• Experience in developing and implementing FM solutions and continuous improvement plans.
• Proficiency in managing contractor performance and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 24,000.
